Women's Circle

Historically, women have gathered in circles under the moon to connect with their feminine power. These safe and sacred spaces allow women to express themselves, be heard, and be seen. It can also promote self-discovery, healing, and growth, and help women manifest their deepest authentic desires.

What will we do?

• Diana will guide you through a grounding/ sacred alignment meditation.

• Share the wisdom of the moon, our cycles, and the seasons. 

• Indulge in a restorative yoga pose and meditate to embody the season.

• Journal, set intentions, and circle shares.
