Beach Yoga & Full Moon Women's Circle

Beach and summer vibes for our circle!

Summer is when the sun is in its greatest expression, just like when the moon is in her fullness. It is the time of expansion, celebration, connecting, being visible.

This double expression as we will be celebrating the full moon at the peak of summer at the beach we will absorb all of this good energy that the setting provides from the sun, the sand, the sea and the energy of the full moon with the presence of our sisters!

Join us bright and early for our full moon celebration and some beachy yoga!

What we will do?

- Have our women's circle

- Gentle yoga practice

Where to meet?

- Field/Parking Lot 5

What to bring:

- Yoga Mat or a Beach Towel (I prefer beach towel to do yoga on the beach the mat gets too hot)

- Journal & Pen

- Comfortable clothes for yoga

- Water

- Hat & Sunscreen
